I could not make it at work if my principal had a No Sitting sign in my suspension room. Because of my back I have to sit in a rocker or glider in a mini reclined position. I cannot tell you how many hikes and walks I have gone on that I have had to get flat on the ground until the spasms subsided. I would be in trouble if I had to do that here. genie
