A snake on the boardwalk

It has been a year time Since my previous trip to Sungei Buloh captured the lovely Malayan whip snake which I used in the header of this blog, two weeks ago, I went to Sungei Buloh again, in the early morning, I met this black "guy" while walking on the boardwalk...

Is it cobra snake? 

...and I captured the shadow of its head.
